Architectural Requests

Hickory Hollow Homeowners Association has an Architectural Committee. The following improvements must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee prior to commencement:

• New homes

• Additions to an existing home

• External garages 

• Decks, patios, gazebos and other outdoor spaces

• Pools

• Playgrounds/swing sets

• Fences

• Other permanent structures

For improvement plans: Complete the following Review Checklist. The checklist along with any necessary documentation can be sent via email to ac@hickoryhollowhoa.com. You will receive a response confirming the receipt of your submission within 48 hours. You may also submit requests through PayHOA.
